Hot Water Function (Instant Heating)

How It Works: You fill the tank with cold water. When you press and hold the spray button, the water passes through the instant heating system and is heated to the set temperature immediately upon spraying. No hot water is stored in the tank.

Preparation: Fill the water tank with cold water, connect to power, and switch to 「Mode 2」.

Activation & Wait (Key Step): Press and hold the spray button. For the first 10-20 seconds, the machine will expel the residual cold water from the pipes (this is normal). Continue holding until this cold water is purged, after which 50-60°C hot water will spray out.

[To Avoid Misjudgment]: Keep the nozzle ≤10 cm (about 4 inches) from the fabric. If the distance is too great, the sprayed hot water will cool rapidly in the air, leading to a lower perceived temperature, not a machine malfunction.

Steam Function (Requires Preheating)

Preparation: Ensure the water tank is filled and the machine is plugged in.

Activation & Preheating (Key Step): Press and hold the steam button. For the first 5-10 seconds, water or mist may be expelled (this is the normal pipe-purge process).

Wait Until Ready: Continue holding for about 20-30 seconds until dry, high-temperature steam (80-100°C) is released from the nozzle. It is now ready for use.

Important Reminders for Both Functions

Do Not Tap: Both functions require you to press and hold the respective button (for more than 5 seconds). Briefly tapping the button will not initiate the full process.

Be Patient: Both require a preparation period (10-20 seconds to purge cold water for hot water, 20-30 seconds to preheat for steam). Do not release the button early.

Use Safely: Steam temperature is very high. Please use with caution to avoid burns.

Why does the water tank leak when inverted?

This is normal. The top of the water tank has tiny vent holes to balance internal and external air pressure, ensuring smooth water flow. When the tank is inverted, water will leak out through these holes.

Proper Usage Recommendation: After adding water, please tighten the bottom cap and move the water tank using the top handle to prevent leaks. We will continue to optimize the design. Thank you for your understanding!
